Tinybeans Mobile Family Album App: FAQs

A Tinybeans+ subscription is $7.99/month or $74.99/year (US Dollars).

If you are a Tinybeans Family Premium member you do not need to do anything and will not experience any disruptions in your experience.

The first step would be to force quit and restart the app to see if the features (like ad removal, longer video uploads, etc) appear! If not, try updating your app, and signing out and back in (don’t worry, all your memories are safe and sound on our server and will re-download when you log back in!). If you still have trouble, please email our team at info@tinybeans.com with which features you’re missing, and our support experts will be happy to help.

You can easily cancel your subscription at any time. 

If you’re using the iOS app, navigate to the More tab, select Manage Subscription and tap your details at the top, then choose to cancel. If you’re using our Android app, navigate to the Memories tab, select the 3 dots in the upper right corner, and then find your Settings. If you’re using our website, you can cancel from your Billing page (click your profile icon at the top right of the screen). Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current term.

You can no longer purchase Family Premium. If you are a current Family Premium member please reach out to info@tinybeans.com about any changes to your account.
